The Ver. 1.04 update for the PlayStation 4/PlayStation 5 version of SPY×ANYA: Operation Memories has been released.

• Fixed an issue where the game became unresponsive after pressing Back and Confirm at the same time in the Game Settings menu under Options.
• Fixed an issue where Restore Default Settings in the Sound menu under Options was not working.
• Fixed an issue where the sound of the opening movie is played even if the in-game volume setting is set to 0.
• Made other text adjustments and stability/usability improvements.

• Fixed an issue where setting the Frame Rate in the Options menu to No Limit or VSync causes the displayed notes to not match the tempo after reaching the first tempo change while using a high framerate in the minigame  Anya's Fashion Show.
• Made other text adjustments
