In order to maintain a fair playing experience for everyone, cheating and harassment are strictly prohibited in “SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream”. As per Article 12 of the End User License Agreement (EULA), the accounts of users who are confirmed to be using cheats or cheating tools will be subject to strict measures.

Users who infringe this rule can be reported through the “Recent Players” section found after finishing a quest, or through the player cards that appear inside the “Recent Players” section from the in-game friend list. When reporting a user, the following items will be selectable through a multiple-choice system.

• Cheating: Using external programs to automate in-game features or exploit bugs.
• Harassment/Malicious Behavior: Disruptive gameplay, or "griefing," such as purposely getting killed by enemies.
• Idle/Non-Participation: Remaining idle for long periods of time, or purposely not attacking enemies.
• Offensive Name: Names that are obscene, offensive, make others uncomfortable, etc.

*Users who disconnect frequently will be detected automatically and will be also given a penalty.

We will carry on an investigation based on the players’ reports, and if it is determined that a user is showing malicious behavior, that user will be banned temporarily from the multiplayer mode as a corrective measure.

*We are not able to send individual responses about any inquiries regarding the information provided or the received reports.

*The corresponding investigation & measures for each report will be implemented according to the order in which they were received. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that further actions will be taken every time after receiving a report. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

In order to allow all players to enjoy a fair playing experience, we will continue to work hard on the penalization of users who employ cheats or cheating tools.
