• Adjustments to Chakra charge cooldown time reduction multiplier 
• Chakra charge reduction multiplier when 2 applicable Ninjutsu are equipped reduced from 1.5x to 1.25x 
• Chakra charge reduction multiplier when changing from 2 applicable Ninjutsu to 1 reduced from 2.25x to 1.5x
