Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle Tournament Event

PLEASE READ THIS EVENT TERMS AND LIABILITY WAVIER CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS, AMONG OTHER THINGS, A LIABILITY RELEASE AND WAIVER.

This Event Terms and Liability Waiver (this "Agreement") is a contract between you and BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. (“BNEI”, "us", "we" or "our") and applies to your registration to and attendance at the  Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle Dokkan Ultimate Speed Battle (the “Event”). Any changes, additions, or deletions to this Agreement by you are not acceptable, and are hereby expressly rejected by BNEI.

Additional terms provided by us (including, but not limited to, tournament rules, codes of conduct, or terms printed on any tickets) may also apply. Unless otherwise indicated, any additional applicable terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any additional terms, the additional terms shall govern.

1. Eligibility. You must be eighteen (18) years or older to register for or attend the Event. Any persons under the age of eighteen (18) or who do not provide valid proof of ID will be denied entry to the Event.
2. Event Rules. Entry into the Event requires you to wear a wristband provided by BNEI at all times. Any person without a wristband will be removed from the Event. No re-entry permitted. BNEI withholds the right to deny entry to any persons arriving after the time the Event starts. Any unattended bags will be removed from the premises. BNEI may remove you from the Event if BNEI determines, in its sole discretion, that you are violating any instructions provided by Event staff or otherwise hindering or interfering with the Event.
3. Waiver. You acknowledge that participation in, and travel to and from, the Event carries with it certain inherent risks including but not limited to acts of terrorism, death, injury, and serious bodily harm. You agree that as a condition of participation in the Event, you assume all risk of harm, loss, or injury to your person or your property in relation to your participation in, and travel to and from, the Event. YOU HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE BNEI ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND OTHER PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIM, OR DEMAND, BOTH KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, YOU HAVE OR MAY HAVE, ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE EVENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENT ACTS OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your participation at the Event.
4. Photo Release. By attending the Event, you hereby grant BNEI, its affiliates, and its agents a free, perpetual, and irrevocable consent to use your name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness as it may be embodied in any photos, video or audio recordings, or other images or recordings made by or on behalf of BNEI at or related to the Event. BNEI may use such material for any purpose, including but not limited to the marketing and promotion of Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle and other BNEI’s mobile applications.
5. Costume Policy. You acknowledge that for your and the safety of others, BNEI has the absolute discretion to inspect all costumes, props, and other items you bring to the Event. BNEI may remove any person from the Event if BNEI, in its sole discretion, determines that such items may have an adverse impact on the Event or any attendee. No real or prop weapons of any kind are allowed at the Event.
6. Additional Communications. By registering for the Event, you consent to BNEI contacting you regarding the Event via email, including but not limited to communications regarding registration for the tournament to be held at the Event.
7. Amendment. BNEI reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time and for any reason at BNEI’s sole discretion. If BNEI makes changes to this Agreement, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by providing notice at the Event or providing notice via email. Your participation at the Event will confirm your acceptance of the revised Agreement. 
8. General. The laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, govern the application, interpretation, or enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and your participation in the Event. Any dispute between the parties arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be decided by the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and BNEI regarding the Event. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, except if such provision deprives the Agreement from its essential obligations.
