Measures Against Disruptive Behavior, Cheating, and Use of Unauthorized Tools
Thank you for playing DEATH NOTE Killer Within.
Based on player feedback and our game logs, we’ve confirmed that some players intentionally disconnect from the game, which disrupts the experience of other players. We’re considering ways to improve the situation to ensure that everyone can play in the best possible conditions.
In DEATH NOTE Killer Within, we prohibit any actions that interfere with fair gameplay, as well as any use of unauthorized tools or other forbidden activities.
In accordance with Article 12 of the End User License Agreement (EULA), if we confirm that a player has engaged in any of the above mentioned activities, we will send a warning to the player in question. If there is still no improvement, we will take further measures such as suspending the account.
The same will also apply in the case of repeated disconnections during online play or other annoying behavior that causes trouble for other players.
We will investigate and take action based on the logs we have obtained, but if you see a player who is engaging in disruptive behavior, cheating, or using unauthorized tools, please report them using the in-game reporting function or contact the local subsidiary of the distributor, Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.
Please note that we cannot promise to immediately respond to all reports received.

In the room, select the relevant user from the "Player List", press the "Report" button, select the reason, and report.
We will continue to work to apply penalties to players who cause trouble or behave inappropriately, for the benefit of all players who enjoy fair gameplay.
