These cards allow players to perform special actions or gain advantages during critical moments. Make sure to strategize when to use these cards — playing well-timed Command Card can turn the tide of the game so having the perfect Command Card can be a deadly secret weapon!

Kira / Kira Follower — "Death Note Test"
- When resolving this incident, players are scattered across three locations on the map. During this time, you can target players who are wandering around alone or who are unable to see what is happening around them due to the resolution process and obtain their ID or carry out a judgement.
L — "Vindicating Evidence"
- The players can prove that he/she is an investigator who is reliable and completely innocent. Using this card, L can create a partner to help them with their investigation.
2. Investigation Notepad
The Investigation Notepad is an invaluable resource for players, especially those taking on the role of Team L. You can mark users you find suspicious, particularly those who get too close to you during the Action Phase.
It could also be a dying message which can provide crucial clues for other players even if you fall victim to Kira. Utilizing this tool effectively can help keep your team informed and one step ahead of the game!
3. Joint Investigation by L
L possesses unique skills that can be pivotal in your quest for justice.
His “Joint Investigation” ability allows him to tag two players, enabling them to act together during the action phase. However, if one of the tagged players is Kira, you cannot use the Death Note, as the other player will discover Kira’s identity if you do.
This creates a strategic opportunity to deduce whether either of the two players is Kira, adding an exciting layer of intrigue to your investigations.

4. Meeting Phase Tips
During the Meeting Phase, take full advantage of the opportunity to communicate effectively! All players can utilize Preset Messages as well as voice chats, making your strategy discussions more engaging.
L should employ the “Meeting Guidance” feature to lead the deduction smoothly. Investigators and L should focus on deducing crucial information based on whose IDs were stolen first—this insight could be the key to unraveling Kira’s identity.

5. Spectator Mode
If you, as an investigator (not L), are killed by Kira, or if you, as Kira follower, are arrested, you’ll transition to Spectator Mode.
Players in this mode can refer to the notepad to see who has been assigned which roles. In this mode, the live players cannot hear you (but in this mode, you can hear the voice of a player you are focused on and whatever he/she is hearing).
This allows you to analyze strategies and share insights with your friends until the game is ended. Even in Spectator Mode, the fun continues as you witness the suspense and intrigue from a new perspective!
