Unleashing Our First Major Update - April 30, 2020

Bless Unleashed’s first major update is just around the corner, and we’re ready to share some of the major features included in this update! We’ve got a new dungeon, a new Abyssal Dungeon, a brand new Blessing, and an update to mount controls to share. Let’s dig in!

Dare to Enter the Lich’s Respite

Once an active laboratory used by the tyrannical Savantis, the Savantis Mausoleum lies in ruins from an experiment gone wrong. Adventurers have already delved into the Mausoleum to defeat the Altar of Blood. But in clearing out the upper chambers, they have weakened seals which kept other terrors at bay. Now something stirs in the darkness and forgotten horrors are stirring in the lower depths of the Mausoleum. Will you bring your light to bear against this darkness, Pyreborn? Or will your fire be extinguished in its depths?

The Lich Tiberius

Tiberius did not let proprietary stand in the way of progress, and conducted experiments on his own body in a quest for immortality. This was even too much for Savantis, and they sealed Tiberius away in the forgotten depth of the Mausoleum. Centuries have passed, and the Savantis Mausoleum was destroyed and forgotten. But when the living stumbled upon the ruins they broke the seal. Tiberius awakens within his Mausoleum, now in lich form. Even as a lich, Tiberius remembers that he had a special love for music. Using his own bones to resonate sound, Tiberius’ ghastly aria fills the Mausoleum. 

Bone Crusher

Bone Crusher was once an ogre and was transformed to have incredible strength and speed. The ogre is loyal to the commands of Tiberius and has proven many times to have earned its name as the “Bone Crusher”. His monstrous strength combined with traps woven into his massive body makes him a terrifying foe even for the bravest of Lumios.  

The Soul Reaper

A creation used for collecting souls from living experiments by Tiberius, the Soul Reaper has the ability to reap the souls from flesh. Don’t let his scythe part you from yours. 

New Blessing : Blind Executioner

The “Blind Executioner” Blessing is an embodiment of the memories of the brave defenders that fought against the Savantis during the first Nightspire incident. This Blessing allows the Pyreborn to better face multiple enemies at once as did the once powerful and courageous heroes.  

The reward for completing the Blind Executioner Blessing is a 3% reduction in PvP damage received. Fragments can be obtained from the Warrior's Talent Shop and inside of Abyssal Dungeons. The Blessings contain the following skills:

New Abyssal Dungeon

You’ve faced off against the Saurin threat in the Sundered Sanctuary of the Dreamscale Ruins before, but never like this! This exciting dungeon has been upgraded to provide a whole new challenge to players who are skilled enough to take on the increased powers of the foes contained within its walls.

And So Much More!

We have a simplified mount control layout option for you to try out, cross-server matchmaking to help reduce queue times, and a myriad of fixes and changes to almost every system in the game! We even have changes to PvP, including a way to capture the likeness of your enemy and have them work on your estate! The Spring Update goes live on April 30, so get ready for adventure, Pyreborn!
